Learn to achieve a painterly style with the right brushes and
how to work with the paint. We will cover many technical areas
including the following:
underpainting
washes to dry brush
gesso preparation
blending

Use versatile acrylic paint in washes like
watercolours or build up more layers for an opaque finish. Try
painting on gessoed board and watercolour board. Ian will show
you how to do the following and more.
